About

Beverley is an Accredited Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy Practitioner with a Qualification in Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy (GQHP). I trained at the highly reputable Charity Organisation Careline School of Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy/Counselling (CSHP) with experienced and well-respected professionals in the field of Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy.

I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register which was established following Department of Health guidelines that hypnotherapy should have a single central register of practitioners. All GHR members are required to adhere to their code of ethics and practice.

I am also registered with the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners set up in response to Government guidelines to make such therapies widely available.

The model I apply, known as integrative, allows me to gain access to the subconscious mind in order to get to the root of the problem.

Beverley  has acquired 20 years life experience in working with the Civil Service and Local Government. This work has brought me into close contact with a diverse range of people, many of whom have or are experiencing difficulties in their lives and often wish to talk to someone about their situation. Through this work I have been able to assist many identify their issues, reach their full potential and achieve their goals. I have acquired many years experience in working with clients in complex situations both in the public and private sector. I specialise in providing practical and pragmatic support to anyone who requires assistance through my practice covering the Waltham Forest and Redbridge areas.

Being a therapist is not just about qualifications and experience, it is also about a therapist’s state of mind. I believe that a therapist needs to take their clients’ needs, wants and expectations very seriously. It is important for a therapist to self-analyse in order to understand how they can aid and assist their clients. More importantly, a therapist should be aware of and in control of their own unconscious desires and motivations to stop them from adversely affecting their work with their clients. I am committed to a continuous development of my knowledge and skills as a therapist and regularly attend further training and supervision.
